AFTER REVIEWING THE DIFFERENT INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS (ATP AGREEMENT) AND THE NATIONAL ONE (DECREE OF FEBRUARY 1, 1974 MODIFIED), THEIR APPLICATION TO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTS IS STUDIED. IN DIFFERENT CASES OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT, AND WITH RESPECT TO REGULATIONS, IT SEEMS THAT THE CONSIGNEE STATE CAN ENFORCE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. FINALLY, RECENT DEVELOPMENTS OF REGULATIONS ARE ANALYZED. FROM AN INTERNATIONAL POINT OF VIEW, THEY CONCERN VEHICLES WITH THIN WALLS, THE VEHICLE WIDTH, TEST CERTIFICATES, THE SEPARATE TESTS ON FRAMEWORK AND REFRIGERATING UNIT, THE RENEGOTIATION OF TRANSPORT TEMPERATURES. FROM A NATIONAL POINT OF VIEW, THEY CONCERN ISOTHERMAL TANK TRAILERS AND VEHICLES WITH SEVERAL MULTITEMPERATURE COMPARTMENTS. J.L.
