Summary
The purpose is to develop a simplified estimation method. The author newly defined the 2.5% risk level load obtained from hour-by-hour dynamic simulation over one year as the design peak load, and also defined the operative temperature corresponding to the 2.5% risk load as the design operative temperature. The design of experiment method was developed for the simple estimation of 2.5% risk level design load and design of operative temperature. The author analyzed the characteristics of the conventional daily periodical design load compared to the 2.5% risk level design load.
