Summary
A PILOT PLANT WAS TESTED WITH A COLD ACCUMULATION SYSTEM, SUBMERGED IN THE REFRIGERANT OF THE LP CONTAINER. THE STORAGE SYSTEM IS COMPOSED OF 3,004 NODULES CONTAINING SODIUM CHLORIDE SOLUTION. A FINITE-DIFFERENCE NUMERICAL MODEL WAS DEVEL-OPED FOR FUSION BY THE ENTHALPIC METHOD. THE MODEL IS COM-PARED TO THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS.
