Summary

The successive thermodynamic cycles of a one-stage lithium-bromide-absorption refrigerating machine were studied. The thermodynamic efficiency of theoretical and real cycles was analyzed as a function of the temperatures of the external heat sources and sinks. It has been observed that the most efficient cycle is the cycle with separated heat-transfer processes and recirculation of the solution in the absorber and the regenerator. C.C.
