Summary
The paper presents the characteristics of cooling systems with ice slurry as the secondary refrigerant with regard to systems with traditional cooling agents. The applied technical solutions of storing and distributing ice slurry have been described. Furthermore, the paper includes the results of an economic analysis of selected cooling systems used in supermarkets and air conditioning.
