THE 1987 RESULTS FOR THE REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY AND THE VENTI-LATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INDUSTRY IN FRANCE SHOW A SLIGHT INCREASE (1%) WITH REGARD TO 1986, WITH AN INVOICE FIGURE AMOUNTING TO 11.67 BILLION FRANCS. THE VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INDUSTRY (5.56 BILLION FRANCS) DECREASED BY 2%, WHEREAS THE REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY (6.11 BILLION FRANCS) INCREA-SED BY 4.5%. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO BRANCHES IS MAINLY NOTICEABLE IN EXPORT FIGURES (-6% FOR THE VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INDUSTRY AND + 13% FOR THE REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY). IMPORTS SHOWED AN INCREASE (+ 13% FOR REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY AND + 10% FOR THE VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIO-NING INDUSTRY). J.L.
