THIRTY-FOUR CASES OF MALIGNANT TUMOURS OF NASAL CAVITIES AND PARANASAL SINUSES WERE TREATED BY INDUCTIVE REGIONAL CHEMOTHERAPY, LOCAL FOCUSECTOMY, CRYOSURGERY AND RADIOTHERAPY. FOLLOWED UP FOR 4 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS AND 2 MONTHS, 31 PATIENTS RECOVERED IN THE SHORT TERM (91.2%). THE PAPER DISCUSSES THE ADVANTAGE OF THE COMBINATIVE TREATMENT, THE ACTION OF CRYOSURGERY IN THE COMBINATIVE TREATMENT OF LATER MALIGNANT TUMOURS IN THE NASAL CAVITY AND PARANASAL SINUSES, THE OBSERVATION OF THE IMMUNOLOGENIC TARGET OF PRE-POSTCRYOSURGERY.
