Summary

Meteorological values, means of other means, used to construct a reference year for standard consumption calculations, are not greatly respected by climaticians, particularly if the temperature and humidity have not been correlated. The surest values result from those gathered at the site concerned, and which give rise to results presented with an indication of the real year chosen. The results of measurements taken in foggy weather require a particular care if they are to retain any credibility.
