A six-year programme aiming at achieving both energy savings and good indoor air quality for 2,800 existing dwellings suffering from high energy consumption and poor indoor air quality. The programme consisted of 21 renovation projects, some applying special energy saving techniques such as heat recovery, passive solar energy and demand controlled ventilation.
