Summary
In this work a detailed analysis has been carried out on existing Italian and European technical regulations concerning thermal bridges. The importance of the "temperature factor", as a parameter for the hygrometric control, has been underlined. The values of linear thermal conductivity and the corresponding temperature factors concerning several constructive situations have been calculated by means of a numerical model based on finite differences. A case study is also shown (see also IIR Bulletin, reference 2002-0540).
