Summary
The most important goal of the ventilation of dwellings is the condensate water and carbon dioxide removals. 30-40% heating energy can be saved and mould fungus formation be avoided by controlled dwelling ventilation. The saving effect can be increased with heat recovery systems. In the meantime, very high-quality innovative devices and components are available.
