Summary

Total imports for the air conditioning and refrigeration sector amounted to nearly GBP 170 millions in the first half of 1995, and this represented an increase of about 5% compared to the corresponding period in 1994. British exports in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector performed well and showed a useful growth recently. They went up by 9% to GBP 123 millions and were helped by the continued growth in many markets overseas particularly in Europe.
