Senegalese minister of fisheries and maritime economy has announced the construction of a 210-kW refrigeration complex
Minister of fisheries and maritime economy, Oumar Guèye, has announced
the construction of a refrigeration complex of 210 kW in the town of
Kafountine (Bignona). The infrastructure, equipped with freezing
tunnels and two refrigerated trucks, is intended for the preservation
of fish products.
In addition, the minister revealed that precincts for the modern treatment of fish products will be designated.
