ShareEpta finalises acquisition of Hauser
IIR corporate member, Epta S.p.A., has completed its acquisition of Hauser GmbH, Austrian refrigeration company with a strong presence in the DACH region and Central and Eastern Europe.
The addition of Hauser’s production sites in Austria and the Czech Republic expands Epta’s industrial footprint, and strengthens the group’s capabilities across the full refrigeration lifecycle, from system design and manufacturing to installation and after‑sales services. The acquisition also reinforces Epta’s position in natural refrigeration and high‑efficiency solutions, areas the group identifies as central to its long‑term development.
According to both companies, the groups share a focus on innovation, quality and customer service. Hauser’s integration is expected to further support Epta’s international expansion and consolidate its role in the European commercial refrigeration sector.
