IIR Cryogenics Conference 2025: Call for abstracts to open in May!

Get ready to put pen to paper! The Programme Committee of the 18th IIR Conference on Cryogenics invites authors to submit their abstracts from May 25, 2024 – September 20, 2024.

In May this year, the call for abstracts will open for the 18th IIR Conference on Cryogenics which will take place in Prague in the Czech Republic from April 7 to 11, 2025.

 

Held every two years, the conference will deal with new challenges of the equipment and technologies with temperatures below 120 K (-153°C), as well as with other devices and technologies related to the topic, such as:

IIR Commission A1 – Cryophysics and Cryoengineering

  • Cryogenics in particle physics 
  • Cryogenics for fusion 
  • Superconductivity and magnets 
  • HTS for power and grids 

 

IIR Commission A2 – Liquefaction and Separation of Gases

  • Cryogenic process plants technology and control
  • Cryogenic plant and distribution equipment
  • Liquid helium and helium resources

IIR Commission C1 – Cryobiology and Cryomedicine
