IIR showcases EU and international projects at leading exhibitions
At the recently held exhibitions Interclima and Chillventa, the IIR presented its EU and international projects, their objectives, and the role IIR plays.
From 13-15 October, Chillventa 2026 was held in Nuremberg, Germany. Launched in 2008, Chillventa is held every two years as the world's leading exhibition for refrigeration, AC, ventilation, and heat pump technologies.
The IIR participated and engaged with an array of stakeholders at this event that brings professionals from across the industry together. Experts and members from the sector gathered to discuss their work and foster discussions on forward-looking trends.
Chillventa 2026 was preceded by Interclima 2026, held in Paris from 28 September – 01 October. As a trade show for the HVAC industry, Interclima is a reputed platform to demonstrate sustainability and innovations within HVAC engineering for industry professionals, decision makers, and more. This provided an occasion for meaningful discussions of the IIR with industry professionals, particularly for its work on impact-driven projects.
At both events, the IIR team presented five projects where it participates in the consortium – AGRI-COOL, BETTED, F-MAP, IMPACT-F, and INDEE3. Each project has its distinct objectives and envisioned outputs, and the IIR brings its diverse areas of expertise to each project and its activities. Both events provided valuable opportunities to foster rich discussions and engagements on each project with relevant stakeholders, and explore possible avenues for collaboration.
