The 47th AICARR International Conference took place in Tivoli, Italy on October 8-9, 2009. It was co-sponsored by the IIR, ASHRAE and REHVA. It presented energy issues in existing buildings and technologies used to reduce energy consumption. An IIR-REHVA meeting also took place in Tivoli.
