UK: IoR dinner 2020 and Judith Evans receives award
During the IoR annual dinner 2020, the IoR recognised the contributions of outstanding individuals to the UK refrigeration industry.
Judith Evans was awarded ACR Woman of the Year 2020.

During the IoR annual dinner 2020, the IoR recognised the contributions of outstanding individuals to the UK refrigeration industry and presented awards such as:
- Ted Perry Award: Qi Xu, PhD student at Nottingham University
- Lifetime Achievement Award: Paul Gardner from JPS Refrigeration
- J&E Hall International Award: Dave Pearson from Star Refrigeration
- Lightfoot Medal: Andrew Gigel and Chris Jessop for their presentation on “Why don’t people install heat pumps.”

Judith Evans awarded ACR Woman of the Year 2020
Prof. Judith Evans of London South Bank University (LSBU) is the UK Delegate at the IIR and has recently been elected as the Head of IIR Section C (Biology and Food technology) and as a member of the IIR Management Committee. She was awarded ACR Woman of the Year 2020.
