The IIR participated in a two-day meeting organised by UN Environment at UNESCO (Paris).

UN Environment organised a two-day meeting (July 16-17, 2018) at UNESCO (Paris) with regional ozone officers, various national and regional associations and the IIR. The meeting concerned the future needs of the refrigeration servicing sector in developing countries, as a consequence of the future phase down of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and the use of low GWP refrigerants.
