Résumé

In supercooling-based ice slurry systems, the dynamic supercooling degree represents a core bottleneck for online ice packing factor (IPF) measurement, as conventional conductivity methods suffer from severe numerical overestimation due to thermodynamic state misinterpretation. To address this, a five-parameter semi-empirical conductivity model for dilute NaCl solutions was developed based on a thermodynamic integrate conductivity (TIC) joint inverse framework. To evaluate the supercooling effect on inversion precision, the uncorrected TIC method was validated against calorimetry across 17 operating conditions, exhibiting severe physical deviations (71.4%–82.6%). Subsequently, a lateral comparison between "direct water activity incremental compensation" and "coefficient-based correction" formulations was performed. Radar chart error analysis demonstrates that the direct incremental compensation method aligns best with the calorimetry baseline, whereas the coefficient-based correction diverges under low-salinity conditions. Incorporating the optimal correction formulation, the complete TIC method converges within the 10% error band of calorimetry with a mean relative residual of only 6.79%, providing a viable framework for real-time online IPF measurement in industrial sectors.
