Altération après récolte de l'écorce des oranges Navel à température non frigorifique : influence de l'humidité relative.

Postharvest pitting in Navel oranges at non-chilling temperature: influence of relative humidity.

Résumé

The effect of relative humidity and its variation during storage of Navel oranges on the development of rind staining and the potential relation with changes in respiration rate, ethylene production and internal gas concentrations were investigated. Weight losses were studied under different storage conditions (temperature, relative humidity). It appears that internal CO2 and ethylene concentration are lower in non-coated fruits.
