Considering the safety of a meal, freezer management is the extremely important for sanitation in the food-freezing process. The author introduces a new washing system for freezers and discusses sanitation and the history of freezer technology developments. He also introduces an exclusive detergent for appliances and an air-driven foam washing system, which are very useful for sanitation control.
