With its frozen food market growing at an estimated annual rate of 10%, the Chinese government has made investment in the cold storage supply chain a priority. This Accenture report looks closely at China's business relationship with one of the basics-food, specifically the supply and distribution of products requiring temperature and atmospheric control.
