Résumé

Respiration and keeping quality were studied in fruits of grape cultivars Red Globe and Kyoho stored in the presence of freshness-keeping agents. The results showed that the respiration pattern of clusters and individual fruits of Red Globe and Kyoho was non-climacteric, whereas that of the stalk was climacteric. The respiration intensity was lower in Red Globe than in Kyoho. During storage, the contents of reducing sugar, titratable acid and vitamin C gradually decreased. The titratable acid and vitamin C contents were negatively correlated with the duration of storage. The freshness-keeping agent inhibited respiration, and reduced the loss of reducing sugar, titratable acid and vitamin C. Red Globe fruits had longer storage life than Kyoho fruits. In the presence of CT-2 and polyethylene film, the percentage of sound fruits was 87.8% in Kyoho after 135 days of storage, and 92.7% in Red Globe after 150 days of storage.
