Résumé

An experiment was conducted to study the effect of different types of packaging such as CFB boxes, gunny bags, bamboo baskets and wooden boxes on the quality and rotting of Kinnow mandarin (Citrus nobilis x C. deliciosa) fruits during storage. Fruits were stored at ambient conditions (16.2-40 °C, 17.1-72.6% RH) as well under cold storage (4-5 °C, 52-90% RH) for 2 and 9 weeks respectively.
