Résumé

The Analogical Differential Calorimetry (ADC) is a new technique which exhibits many possibilities and advantages for the measurement of three thermophysical parameters like thermal conductivity coefficient, specific heat and enthalpy, which are very important properties in studies on freezing and thawing of food products, and in studies involving heat accumulators with phase change, and in freezing of porous media like in polar regions, etc. This new method is described.
