This provisional second part of the report (for the first part, see IIR Bulletin 97-4, abstract 97-2567) contains the individual statements delivered by countries, intergovernmental organizations and caucuses of civil society organizations. Also included are special messages from Heads of State or Government as well as the written statements submitted in exercise of the Right of Reply under Rule 20 of the Rules of Procedure of the World Food Summit.
