The first section discusses available fruit and vegetable products and their export from China. Fruit and vegetable postharvest handling systems that include grading, packaging, precooling, storage and transport after harvest in China are commented upon. The second section discusses the current situation and trends of fruit and vegetable processing. It includes the status of fruit and vegetable processing on a worldwide scale in comparison with that in China. The final section discusses the future of fruit and vegetable processing in China.
