Systèmes à compression conformes à l'Annexe 22 de l'AIE avec frigorigènes naturels.
Compression systems with natural working fluids: status from IEA Annex 22.
Auteurs : STENE J.
Résumé
Most of the substances considered to replace the CFCs and HCFCs as working fluids, are new synthetic compounds, namely pure HFC fluids and binary/ternary HFC blends. Even though these new compounds are tested with regard to toxicity, flammability etc., they are foreign to nature. Consequently, extensive use of these fluids will always include a risk of unforeseen global environmental effects. An alternative strategy is to apply naturally occurring and ecologically safe substances, such as air, water, nitrogen, the noble gases, hydrocarbons, ammonia and carbon dioxide. As a result all uncertainties and potential negative effects on the global environement will be eliminated. Consequently, the challenge when applying natural working fluids is to build safe and reliable systems which are able to compete with conventional HFC systems with regard to energy efficiency and first costs.
