Dehumidification in Air Conditioning: Technologies, Trends, and Practical Guidance
Description
In July 2026, the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) launched its 62nd Technical Brief on Refrigeration Technologies, Dehumidification in Air Conditioning. The brief reviews the main dehumidification technologies used in air conditioning and provides a comparative framework to guide technology selection across applications, from comfort cooling to industrial processes such as battery manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.
Given the strong relevance of this topic to both practitioners and policymakers, a follow-up webinar would help extend the reach and impact of the publication, engage the expert community behind it, and open a dialogue with IIR members and the wider HVACR sector.
