Summary
Physicists at the Observatory in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, thanks to funding provided by the Fonds national suisse de la recherche scientifique, have developed a unique, original atomic clock. It was delivered to the Federal Metrological and Accreditation Office in spring 2003 and will serve as a reference in time setting on an international scale.
