Summary

DERIVES A MATHEMATICAL MODEL SIMULATING THE TRANSIENT AND STEADY STATE BEHAVIOUR OF AN AIR COOLING PLANT. THE EQUATIONS DESCRIBING THE BEHAVIOUR OF ITS DIRECT EXPANSION EVAPORATOR DISTINGUISH BETWEEN THE WET AND SUPERHEATED REFRIGERANT REGIONS. STATES THE MODEL IS TO BE USED FOR INVESTIGATIONS INTO THE CONTROL OF SIMPLE AIR CONDITIONERS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE COOLING AND DEHUMIDIFICATION PROCESS. (INT. BUILD. SERV.
