A new coefficient for estimating air motion in rooms.
[In German. / En allemand.]
Author(s) : MAYER E.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The present paper analyzes the heat transfer coefficient of the human body by convection: importance of the influence of the degree of turbulence, the mean air velocity and the geometry of the affected object (human body) on the convective coefficient of heat transfer; generalization of the existing criteria for estimating permissible air motion for varying room temperatures.
