Summary

Based on application experiences with more than 100 000 compressors of the 4UFC-NFC series (400-660 ccm), the aim was to develop a cost-attractive alternative compared with the 4UFC models (400 ccm) and 4TFC models (460 ccm), especially for small buses (8-11 m). For the user, this new model should still comprise a better life span compared with wobble-plate compressors.
