Summary

IN A HEAT PUMP USED FOR HEATING, THE MIXTURE IS SEPARATED < FREELY > BY THE HEAT FLUX TRANSFERRED FROM THE COMBUSTION FLAME, AT A TEMPERATURE HIGHER THAN 1,273 K (1,000 DEG C), TO THE WATER CIRCULATING THROUGH THE CONDENSER, WITH AVAILABLE HEAT AT 323-343 K (50-70 DEG C). IN ADDITION, THE MIXING BOX PRODUCES A SECOND AVAILABLE HEAT FLUX BY < PUMPING > HEAT FROM THE ENVIRONMENT. THE AUTHORS PROPOSE TO INSERT THREE STORAGE TANKS BETWEEN THE SEPARATOR AND THE MIXING BOX, ONE FOR MIXING, BOTH OTHERS FOR SEPARATING CONSTITUENTS. THESE STORAGE TANKS UNCOUPLE THE TWO DUTIES AND THEREFORE OPERATE THE BOILER-SEPARATOR ONLY DURING < COLD > PERIODS OF TIME AND THE MIXING BOX ONLY DURING < WARM > PERIODS OF TIME.
