Summary
A rather complex experimental rig has been designed, built and commissioned. It works as intended. It is mathematically modelled for steady and transient operation with a great deal of success in the initial attempt, and ways to further refine the model have been identified. Once these works are completed the rig and mathematical model can be used for performance studies with other viable replacement refrigerants.
