Summary

NATURAL CONVECTION HEAT TRANSFER IN ENCLOSED SPACES WITH VERTICAL OR INCLINED PARTITIONS IS INVESTIGATED ANALYTICALLY AND EXPERIMENTALLY. THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY IS TO CLARIFY EFFECTS OF ASPECT RATIO AND INCLINED PARTITION ANGLE ON NATURAL CONVECTION HEAT TRANSFER AND FLOW PATTERN. INCLINED PARTITIONS HAVE A HIGHLY INHIBITING EFFECT ON HEAT TRANSFER AS COMPARED WITH VERTICAL ONES. (BULL. JSME, JP., 29, N 251, 1986/05, 1649.
