Summary

The author presents a widely used thermoplastic primarily developed for the manufacture of vacuum cleaner housings. Its advantages have been discovered soon also by the automotive industry that has used it for the production of supports and bumpers. In this article, they examine the possibilities of using ABS, or piping made of ABS in refrigerating engineering.
