Summary

There are sorption refrigerating plants for above and below 0 °C. Such systems can work with the working pair ammonia-water down to -50 °C. Absorption and sorption refrigerating plants can be adapted using various circuit possibilities and steps to the specific operating conditions. The "Effect" steps for the increase of the heat ration and "the Lift" steps are generally used for the decrease of the heating temperature level. For example, the heat relation of the sorption refrigerating plant can be increased by about 25% by the adjustment of the sorption cycle to the waste heat conditions of a total energy plant.
