Summary
Recently, an air conditioner uses the inverter which drives the compressor motor. Harmonic current and leakage current from air conditioners are increased by the inverter, but it is possible to reduce these currents with active control. Inverter using vector control can drive brushless DC motor at high efficiency and low noise. The LFM board is used to make inverter small.
