Summary
It is vital for any firm engaged in HVAC markets to take a global, or macro perspective, specifically towards energy conservation. In Australia people enjoy relatively low energy costs compared to their European trading partners, however this should not be taken for granted. This article focuses mainly on the different techniques used in fan motor design, mainly electronic commutation, reducing energy losses.
