Summary

The heat loads consist mainly of 5 components; which are fresh air, transmission, passengers, sunshine and equipment. Among these heat loads, only the fresh air heat load is directly carried to the air-conditioning unit. Other heat loads pass through the car interior once, and are carried to the air-conditioning unit by the circulation air. In the event, there is no fresh air heat load, the cooling capacity and circulation air rate could be reduced. This air-conditioning unit removes the fresh air heat load before mixing the fresh air and return air.
