DESCRIPTION OF A FULLY AUTOMATED AIR CONDITIONING PLANT SERVING A BUSINESS CENTRE. THE SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE MAXIMUM OF ENERGY SAVING BY USING WASTE HEAT FROM A NEARBY TEST FACILITY AND THE HEAT GENERATED BY AIR COMPRESSORS. SYSTEM COMPONENTS SUCH AS FANS AND PUMPS ARE CONTROLLED BY FREQUENCY CONVERTERS.
