Air conditioning with solar energy.

Summary
Solar technology today can generate 250 watts/m2 of electric power out of 1000 watts/m2 solar radiation. The efficiency (COP) of a refrigeration cycle highly depends upon the temperature difference within the evaporator and the condenser. Through optimum design of heat exchangers, the required temperature difference can be minimized. This makes solar-operated air conditioning plants economical.
