Summary
The concept of the working differentiation on meteorological zones of workplaces is formulated. A new energy-saving method and an underground air-conditioning system for deep coal mines within the bounds of one horizon are developed. Introducing this system of air conditioning in Ukrainian mines will improve the working conditions and the miner's health, increase their productivity and significant economic benefits.
