A DEVICE FOR THE CONTROL AND THE REGULATION OF THE THICKNESS OF THE ICE LAYER ON THE SURFACE OF TISSUE COVERING A PILE OF FROZEN PRODUCTS, DURING PRESERVATION IN A COLD ROOM AT HIGH HUMIDITYWAS DEVELOPED. THE OPERATING PRINCIPLES OF THE DEVICE ARE BASED ON THE MEASUREMENT OF THE DEGREE OF INFRARED RADIATION ABSORPTION BY THE ICE. ANALOGUE AND NUMERICAL MICROCIRCUITS ARE USED IN THE DEVICE.
