Summary

Ultrasonic humidifiers boomed temporarily, but are now going out of use because of a few sanitary problems. While evaporators are frequently used in measures promoting maintenance of sanitation in buildings, because there are no problem of vapor condensation; however, maintenance remains unsolved. Moreover, steam humidifiers which enable good maintenance have come into use in strategic places, and some humidifiers combined with evaporators of a steam type have appeared.
