Summary
In the control group skin graft survival was 6.8 more or less 0.84 days. In the low temperature (4 deg C) preservation group, skin graft survival was 3.2 more or less 0.84. And in the cryopreservation group, skin graft survival was 3 more or less 0.71 days. The result suggested that the immunoreaction occurs after vessel transplantation and a cryopreservation method reduces the antigenicity of vessels.
