EXPERIENCES GAINED SO FAR PROVE THAT AIR-AIR HEAT PUMPS CAN REDUCE SUBSTANTIALLY THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ENERGY WHICH ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN ABUNDANCE. THE EFFICIENCY OF THIS KIND OF EQUIPMENT DEPENDS LARGELY ON THE NUMBER OF OPERATING HOURS PER YEAR, HENCE, THEIR APPLICATION DEMANDS THOROUGH CONSIDERATION.
