Summary
The air-conditioning system adopts a three-stage evaporative cooling assembled air handling units, using the water of fire-fighting pond for cooling in surface air cooler section and adopting the displacement ventilation mode i.e. the air supplied from the bottom of seats and exhausted through the roof-outlets of the arena area. The testing result shows that the system can satisfy the design demands and provide better thermal comfort, which suggests that application of this technology is to be promoted in Ningxia area.
